Had an amazing birthday dinner at the Dining Room last year. The food was exquisite, and Chef Ron Siegel put his personal stamp on the menu that reflects his modern French style. The appetizers were delicately balanced and light to prepare the diners for the main entrees. The tasting menu consists of seafood, steak, and fois gras, and all were excellent. And the dessert selection was varied and quite decadent as well. The dining room itself is very plush and seats a limited number of people, which makes for an extremely intimate atmosphere. And as expected of a restaurant within the Ritz, the service was top notch. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant for your next big celebration.

Had a great meal there. The amuses were particularly nice. We had the tasting menu. Of course his signature lobster was pretty fantastic.
